Our proteins Our proteins contain all 22 amino acids, including the 9 essential ones. Inovacure uses milk proteins as its main ingredient (milk protein concentrate, milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, sodium caseinate, calcium caseinate). Milk proteins are naturally well balanced in essential amino acids. Proteins are extracted by ultrafiltration. Vegetable proteins (soy protein isolate) are added in certain products for technological reasons.
